The Process: Estimated Costs/Fees, and Accepted Forms of Payment:

The good news is that whether you are a beginner or have some experience in organizing already there are several approaches available to regaining control over your space. We individualize and create custom designed packages for every client.

Client needs will always differ. Some clients may require a full-scale reorganization while others may need just direction and suggestion. The 5-phase full scale process will be explained below. As stated above, individual client needs may differ and therefore not require a full-scale process only a partial phase process.

           

Phase 1: Pre-assessment:

  • Initial interview and introductions such as analyzing your wishes, needs, and budget.
  • Phase 1 is when the phone pre-assessment will occur and a follow-up initial proposal will be sent. This will involve an initial interview and introductions such as analyzing your wishes, needs, and budget.

Pre-assessments over the phone are free of charge! An initial proposal will be sent to you following the pre-assessment.

 

Phase 2: Walk-through of the spaces you wish to change:

  • Initial sketches, photographs, measurements, and detailed notes
  • Clients may also create an inspiration board or Pinterest board to further explain their ultimate goal for certain spaces
  • An inspiration board can also be created for them
  • This will also include basic prices and rates, procedures and policies, code of ethics, confidentiality, title and role, and signing of the service contract agreement.
  • Phase 2 will include a walk-through of the spaces you wish to change and preplanning will begin. This will include initial sketches, photographs, measurements, and detailed notes. Clients may also create an inspiration board or Pinterest board to further explain their ultimate goal for certain spaces or one can be created for them.

Follow up appointment rate: $35 per hour

Preplanning rate:  $30 per hour

Phase 3 suggestions and findings based on realistic budget recommendations:

  • Finalizing preplanning of the space
  • Deciding to repurpose old items, donate, or obtain new merchandise.
  • Planning décor, organization, and purchasing
  • Operationally defining spaces.
  • If they will be enlisting my help or only need the creation of a step by step task analysis plan on how to carry out the organization individually.
  • Offsite planning and preparation and remote coaching is also available via phone or computer
  • Phase 3 will involve suggestions and findings and finalization of pre-planning based on realistic within budget recommendations. The ultimate goal here is finalization of preplanning the space and if a client wishes to repurpose old items or obtain new merchandise. This will involve finalizing planning décor, organization, purchasing, and repurposing. This will also include operationally defining spaces.

Note:  operationally define something means to define in measurable and observable terms what something is and what it is to be used for.

Follow up appointment presentation rate: $35 per hour

Finalizing rate: $30 per hour

Phase 4 In person on site organization services in which I will come in and work with you to transform a space or if you do not have time I will complete it.

  • transforming a blank space
  • repurposing a space
  • or the complete renovation of a space
  • styling and defining spaces
  • progress monitoring
  • Phase 4 is where the actual organization services in which I will come in and work with you to transform a space or if you do not have time I will complete it. This may include but not be limited to transforming a blank space, repurposing a space, or the complete renovation of a space, styling and defining spaces, and progress monitoring.

On site organizing rate: $55 per hour

Donating/ Recycling/ Disposing rate: $55 per hour

Renovating or transforming an old piece of furniture rate: $55 per hour

Personal shopping rate: $25 per hour

Phase 5: follow up, and a data review of progress made:

  • reorganizing touch ups
  • reviewing your new skillset should you have any further questions
  • I will continue open ongoing contact with you should you need my services again or should you need advice.
  • Phase 5 is where follow up and a data review of your progress will occur. This can include appointments that might involve reorganizing touch ups or reviewing your new skillset should you have any further questions.   • Follow up and Progress Review:

Phase 5 lasts a lifetime! I’ll continue to help and support you long after we started Phase 1. Initially this is where follow up and a data review of your progress will occur.
