Hi, I’m Christina Comer, the owner and founder of Functional Shui. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Professional Organizer. I have a passion for both Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Home Organization. I want to bring my optimism for organizing into the lives of those around me in order to create lasting and meaningful change for them.
About Functional Shui:
My mission in creating Functional Shui is not only to help others organize but to use my skills as a BCBA to also teach them to apply, strategize, maintain, and generalize the skills and plan we have developed within their personal and professional spaces.
You may be wondering “What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?” and “How is home organization guided by ABA different from regular home organization?” For more information click on the link above for information on ABA and how it relates to home organization.
The good news is that whether you are a beginner or have some experience in organizing already there are several approaches available to regaining control over your space. We individualize and create custom designed packages for every client.
Phase 1: This is when the phone pre-assessment will occur and a follow-up initial proposal will be sent.
Phase 2: This will include a walk-through of the spaces you wish to change and preplanning will begin.
Phase 3: This will involve suggestions and findings and finalization of pre-planning based on realistic within budget recommendations.
Phase 4: This is where the actual organization services in which I will come in and work with you to transform a space or if you do not have time I will complete it.
Phase 5: This is where follow up and a data review of your progress will occur.
Click the link above to help guide you on the 5-phase process and to learn more about how we can help you.
